This is best for smooth roller hockey type surfaces. Use it for enhanced realistic feel of catch and release, passing, shooting, stickhandling, and more. 

For rough surfaces it becomes more difficult. However, it can be a true accomplishment to stickhandle proficiently on a super rough surface.

Xenopucks are for training purposes only and should not be used during actual gameplay. It is highly recommended to use full equipment and gear when using the Xenopuck. Use Extreme caution when shooting. Never shoot on a goalie and when passing take great care. The Xenopuck will ricochet off the post at high velocity.
